The “Kashmiri Pundit Documentary” and Broken Temples in Bengaluru

In one more example of a befallen Hindu Temple, last month The 180-year-old Sri Anjaneya Temple in Bengaluru was demolished to make way for the Bengaluru-Hosur national highway. When questioned about diverting road construction around the temple, an official of the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) replied, “We will have to acquire an additional 30 properties to do that.” A service road will replace the now-demoilshed 180-year-old temple which saw 1000 devotees visiting each Saturday. The BMRCL has allocated funds and an alternate location for the now destroyed temple. However, as Vittal Raj, one of the temple priests pointed out, “The temple is ancient.” “As per Sanathana Dharma, a temple should never be shifted from its present position.” He claimed 7000 villagers had submitted a written petition to BMRCL against the shifting of the temple but with no effect. BMRCL officials claimed no such petition was received. (newindianexpress.com) — A new “Kashmiri Pundit Documentary” shares direct experiences of Hindu Pundits expunged from Kashmir during the ongoing genocide. (www.facebook.com/KPDocumentary/) Hindus, and all humanity, need to recognize – violence starts from the inside – the only solution to outer world problems lies within. The only tradition founded upon the inner world sciences is Sanatana Hindu Dharma. The only solution for Hindus, and for all others, to move forward in such a world rampant in strife and transgression is connecting with the Source and inner healing. The destruction of Hindu culture is not a joke, and it’s not an accident. It is the only proven civilization for living blissfully and powerfully – and for that very reason it is opposed and vilified. Hindus, the only solution starts with you – breaking the inner patterns of fear and violence, adhering to the ancient spiritual principles that have stood the test of time. Hinduism stands not as a symbol of the past but as the only way forward to a nonviolent future.
